If you mean eBay, you file a Not As Described (NAD) case and get your money back. No return policy doesn't apply to NADs.

Sure you can request a Return on counterfeit items. When you open your Return request on eBay, select 'Doesn't seem authentic' (or whatever the verbiage) as the reason for your request, Confirm and Submit. Good luck.

Just why can't you return it?  If it's because the seller said so, that does not apply to not as described items.  The only thing not covered are downloaded items.

As everyone has stated, if you purchased your item on ebay, you're completely covered under the MBG.

If you bought from an email, who knows?????????????????
