I purchased an item from a relatively new seller(less than 25 FB). After 2 weeks with no shipping status, I contacted Ebay to request contact to seller. Seller responded immediately that he forgot to put his account on hold since he was out of town and would ship the next day. Two days later item shows shipped. Five days later Ebay sends notice that case was found in my favor and refunded as seller didn't provide a valid tracking number. The item has now arrived. Can I somehow resend the seller the payment? It was only $8 which seems minor but I feel bad about the seller having a loss while I still got the item. Has anyone else dealt with this issue? Any advice?
