WHAT IS GOING ON WITH EBAY ? IS IT TIME TO LEAVE EBAY ?

I can not get help, every time single time I need help.

My account may have been compromised or hacked, were is Ebay ?

Very disappointed !

I purchased qty 2 of item number 223984540688 and paid for them using paypal.

The page looked a little strange and did not see the item in my purchase history. I then went to Paypal and I did not see any transaction for my order. Also wanted to mention that I do like Ebay's new check out system, its terrible.

Its possible that I was hacked or your new check out system is at fault.

Ok. So, you think you bought something, but it doesn't appear in your purchases and you haven't been charged? What makes you think that you have been hacked?

Are you certain that was the item number? Are you sure that the transaction was completed successfully?

Checking that listing, the last purchase made appears to be for quantity one on April 1st.

If your payment did not go through for any reason, perhaps the transaction did not conclude successfully.

I gess that you are not too experienced with security issues.

Anytime you see strange activity or if  the web page looks a little odd or different you have to raise a red flag.

Or you just got a hanging page and the transaction wasn’t completed.

Happened often when I worked for a ticketing company: people would call in because they saw no trace of their transaction, I would check and confirm the transaction wasn’t completed.

Not everything is a red flag.

If the transaction did not go through, as evidenced by no record on your purchase list and no charges to your Paypal account, then there is no issue to address at this time. 

Perhaps try to make the purchase again and see what happens?
