Coach wallet falling apart

Hello I purchased what was supposed to be a real Coach wallet from keita.tano-74 she assured me the wallet was real and within two weeks All the threading is coming unraveled all the lining and outside is coming unraveled. It looks absolutely terrible. And it’s buckling really bad and it just looks horrible and I’ve never had this happen with a Coach wallet and that’s all I’ve ever bought and I have tried to get a hold of her about this to get a refund months ago and obviously she won’t get back to me so now it’s been over 90 days and I really want my money back because this wallet looks trashy and I’m pretty sure it’s not a real Coach wallet, and I really want my money back so I can actually buy a real one. Thanks for any help.

If you paid by credit card, contact your card company.  

Paypal allows 180 days from purchase date to file a case if that is how you paid.  Or contact the payment service you used.

If you paid close to retail price for it, contact Coach.  They have been known to replace fakes.  They don't do that if you paid a lot less for it. I suppose they feel you got what you paid for.

Hello sorry this is kind of new to me confusing I paid with a credit card, so shouldn’t eBay refund me with how I paid and like I said, I asked her numerous times if it was real, and she assured me that it was real, so either way I want my money back because it’s falling apart and it’s a piece of crap ha ha

The representative I talk to said that they can still take care of it and he told me to post on here and that eBay specialist would get back to me but I told him this is a thread of the community they don’t make any sense, but he assured me this is where I’m supposed to post my complaint

Csrs' give lots of misinformation. You are past Ebays thirty day buyer protection, there are no exceptions to that. You have six months to file at Paypal or your cc.

The item you purchased from...is this a second item you purchased from them?

One item purchased from them is over 6 months I notice of a feedback.

If wallet started to become "unraveled" within 2 weeks...why wait 90 days or was it 6 months?

I purchased one Coach wallet from them, and within two weeks it was unraveling incoming apart. I tried to get a hold of the seller, and of course she was ignoring me

If you are past 30 days from the delivery date eBay cannot do anything for you.

Contact your credit card issuer.
