Will let you know if it is a solution. 🙂 Right now it is at the least HELPFUL! 🙂 🙂
You can remove bidders from your blocked bidder list here https://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderBlockLogin
or you can put them on your exemption list here https://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderPermitLogin and they will be able to buy from you again

Were pretty sure anyone can be added or removed from the blocked bidder list at any time. Best regards

You're welcome, glad I was able to help! I didn't go off and get married, just changed my ID and didn't realize at the time that going from missjen to proud wife implies i got married. I was already married LOL.

I'm curious as to why one would want to unblock a user they have already blocked. The situation would have had to have changed drastically. Although I may not always remember why I block an ID, I had a good reason, at least in my mind, for doing so. I can't think of a reason why I would block someone temporarily.

Most sellers wouldn't. I wonder if the OP is the buyer who wants to be removed from the List, since this is the Buying Board.
Op, seller does not have to remove you.
