You are dealing with an (11) feedback seller but how many feedback are for selling?  It sounds like the person is very new and possibly did not offer shipping to Israel. Is this a multiple quantity purchase and you were trying to get a combined shipping total?  The language differences is not helping and your messages are a bit rude.  I would cancel this transaction, and find a more experienced seller.  There seems to be too many difficulties to overcome to make this a workable transaction.
