Hello, has anyone seen this printing of this book before. Looks like an early printing but struggling to find anything on it.

Here's a good website on first edition identification points for Dr. Seuss books, Collecting, Identifying, and Valuing First Edition Dr. Seuss Books (1stedition.net).
Although one can never be certain with stuff on the internet, on the surface the proprietor of the site seems to have some good knowledge and experience with first edition children's books.

Not enough information provided, unfortunately.
Can you provide a photo of the title page?
Do you have the dust jacket from the book, as well?

I did a little more checking for you, from online sources.
Your copy is definitely not a first edition -- there is no "edition line" on the copyright page -- more than likely a "library" edition, perhaps from the 1950s or 1960s.
Are the endpapers illustrated; and, if so, are they in color, and what do they depict?
