non payment

I have an order that ended on june 6/  After many attempts to reach the buyer, with no response,  how do I cancel this order

After 4 days of non-payment, on day 5 you can cancel the transaction stating "buyer did't pay".

All unpaid items are recorded on a buyer's account. Buyers who have excessive unpaid items, or canceled transactions, may have limits imposed, or lose their buying privileges.

Place the non-paying buyer on your Blocked Buyer List:

It is not giving the option for buyer didn't pay

If you are not seeing the option, then it is too soon to file. Try again tomorrow.

Also, if you sent the buyer an invoice, that "reset" the clock.

Was this for the lot of 7 hats or the mink fur hat?

yes, I was told by an agent that I could cancel today as the sale was on June 6
