I'm sorry but I dont speak english very well.

I mean, Do you charge additional cost in auction "buy it now" if I would like to make changes in the prices.

I don't understand the question.

All of your listings are fixed price.  If you want to change the format to auction, with a Buy It Now, you would have to END the fixed price listing and then use SELL SIMILAR to list in auction format with the Buy It Now option.

That would cost .30 for the auction listing.

You can easily do that:  My ebay > Active

Click the  [  ] in front of the items you want to change

Click on [SEND TO ONLINE AUCTION]

The fixed price item is ended and the item becomes an auction style listing.  You probably need to add the Buy It Now option, which has to be at least 30% more than the auction opening price.
