The post office keeps returning these wanting more postage says they are small packages? They are not , they are flat small envelopes that weigh 1 ounce 0.51 and or two ounces 0.71 cents. I am fed up with this **bleep** that ebay is doing it is not making selling easier and on top of this USPS does not scan or deliver some. So as of today no more standards for me Back to regular shipping in padded envelopes for $4.00
