eBay wants us to update our account so we can get payments. Update not working.

I keep trying, and taking new photos of drivers license and keep getting an error message of something is not right.  Where can I find out what is not right???  I can't correct something if I don't know what is wrong with what I am entering.  Help please!!

@tradercats   Make sure that the name and address on the eBay account,  checking and driver license all match EXACTLY.   

Update eBay account information under personal information:

You do need to use a cellphone now and not a landline...  at least that is what I have been told is required for new accounts, not sure on older accounts.  

Go to the bottom of this page and click Contact US: 

https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/fees-credits-invoices/setting-changing-automatic-payment-method/up...

Then select contact agent in the chat box in the lower right corner.

You can then get a code and phone number to call eBay directly, or request a call back depending on the call volume.
