I shipped to buyer, he requested a refund due to lost in the mail, the item showed up after the refu

I sold some golf clubs on eBay, buyer reported that clubs were lost in the mail, eBay had me provide a refund (which I did) now the clubs have arrived but he is not returning or paying and can't figure out how to get help from eBay?

Resolved! USPS sent me back the customer item due to INSUFFICIENT address, What should the seller do?

shipping label only said 1 gram

I paid £1.55 for a shipping label only to discover when I got to the post office that the label only had 1 gram on it. I was made to pay again only more expensive. £2.10. I need a refund from Ebay. Thanks for your help.
