Why is 'SUDAN' not listed among countries under category 'Stamps'?

I am one of thousands of avid stamp collectors who specialize in stamps of Sudan. It is often remarked as unusual and unexplainable that 'Sudan' is not given its own status among the hundreds of other countries listed in Category 'Stamps' on eBay.
Is there a way to rectify this anomaly?
