Why do they charge .25 cents for auction style when you have a store?
Is there any way that you can have auctions at no charge?

The fee structure for Stores changed on May 1. Your regular monthly 150 free insertions can only be used for fixed price listings. You also get 100 free insertions that can be used for auction-format listings in 10 specific "collectibles" categories. If you are being charged 25 cents, then apparently you are setting up an auction-format listing in one of the other categories.
