User ID of buyer asking to text before payments

 I have 3 unpaid sold items all 3 user ID  are asking the seller to please text before payment! What do I do the will not answer messages I emailed through Ebay messages and I clearly  feel they are not going to pay for the items they bid on.

Buyers who you to text "before payment" are trying to scam you.

When a buyer does not pay, cancel the transaction after 4 days of non-payment have passed, specify "buyer didn't pay".

1. In Seller Hub, go to Orders.
2. Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel order.
3. Select "buyer didn't pay" as the reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.
