I've expected to receive Top Rated seller status when I reach $1000 sales. But when I did, the status didn't change. All other requirments are ok. What can be the problem?

The dollar amount is not the only requirement. There are a whole list of things you have to maintain in order to reach and keep TRS status, like the number of transactions, whether tracking is uploaded, no cases opened against you, defects, etc.
