The seller cancels the order by himself

I attended the auction and was the winner. But the seller automatically canceled the transaction because the item was damaged? But right after that the seller sent me a message with the reason that the item was sold?? and expect me to ignore this. Does the seller have the right to do that? I have full proof.

Ebay cannot force sellers to send what was sold.

I have to accept such a salesman? Ebay can't protect people who shop?

Sellers receive a defect for such a cancellation.

Buyer protection is much better than seller protection. See eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

@tataboom

When the seller cancelled the transaction, they received a defect from Ebay on their selling account.
