Hello, I was told today by eBay defect team member that...….. If you ship an item the same day, get it scanned at the post office,  with  a tracking number, you will still get a defect if the post office messes up, lost your package or left in the sorting room what ever, you will get a defect, which I did.   buyer opened a case saying she didn't get the package, eBay had the scan, date, tracking number, and even with a refund to the buyer and proof it was shipped and in transit I got the defect...

I have been selling for 5 years and was told if you have your pkg shipped and scanned then you have done your part..... when I asked to speak to someone higher she said she was the highest.....   I don't see any messages or news saying this rule has changed.   Anyone know?
