Shipping fee differs

My seller has quoted me a shipping fee which differs from the GPS.  HOw do i change the shipping fee in the GPS pls?

If the seller's listing is through the GPS, then he can't actually give you a quote.  There's no way for a seller to know the rates PitneyBowes is going to charge for their leg of the shipping and teh pre-paid customs fees and brokerage fee.  All they can really know is what it's going to cost to ship to the GSP Center.

The seller would need to change the listing - remove the GSP, unblock international sales, and add a direct international shipping option
