@tweetystwades If you do not have enough available funds it will sometimes come out of your whatever is set for your back up payment method for selling costs.
This is at the bottom of the label form:

I use a Credit card for my back up payment method for selling costs.
Enter your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
AND Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs.
