Customer Service Agent

I am a seller and I purchased an Ebay item

The seller says the item I purchased was sold long ago but cannot get Ebay to remove the item

I simply try and just cancel the order but it comes back as "to late" to cancel the order

If I could speak or chat with a customer service agent - we could clear this up - but for now I am in limbo and I am just going in circles

Anyone ever had this happen to them?

@janesjars   The seller just needs to select cancel order as buyer requested.  Not sure why they are saying the listing is stuck.
