Selling item that was cancelled

Hello, I sold an item on eBay but had to cancel I due to personal issues that prevented me from shipping it out in a timely manner. Now I can ship it and the buyer that won the item originally wants to still buy the item how do I still ship it to him without eBay double billing him when I resent an invoice. Thanks, Michael Giles

When you cancelled, did you refund the buyer, or did he simply not pay?

If he never paid, and it's not yet 32 days from date of sale, the buyer can click on PAY NOW from the ebay message, or the listing.

If you cancelled through ebay, and refunded the buyer via Paypal, you will need to relist the item so the buyer can purchase and pay.
