Seller ignoring me about shipping the item I bought

Hi! 
I ordered Zacuto Z-Finder on 21st June and the seller still didn't ship the item! I asked him a couple of times about shipping and he's ignoring me. After that, he wrote me that he is on vacation, even though I've paid the item he didn't ship it, what should I do?

How do you know the item hasn't been shipped? Not all sellers upload tracking. Yes, the seller should have answered your query, but since he's on vacation perhaps he's not monitoring e-mail 24x7.

Now you need to wait until a few days after the last estimated delivery date has passed. If the seller still hasn't responded and the item hasn't arrived by then, you can open an "item not received" case.
