I sold an item and the buyer falsely claimed item not as described. I was stuck with shipping fees both ways of $40. The buyer also kept 3 games and left me a negative review. I have been selling for 23 years and never had a negative review until now. This buyer has done this to at least 4 other sellers in the last 6 months. I reported the buyer but EBay closed my case with no explanations and no way to appeal. The negative feedback also remains I have made numerous attempts to contact EBay but just go in circles with the auto assist. Does anyone else know a way to at least get answers as to why my case was closed, why I am stuck with a negative review from someone who not only didn’t purchase but stole from me and why EBay won’t give me any explanations or recourse.
