Is there anyway to get my money back if they sent it to the wrong place

The seller was required to ship to the address you gave when you processed your payment on the Ebay checkout page.

Check your order details in your Purchase History to see the address the seller used to send your item.

I’ve already checked the address to make sure it was mine, but when I went to the post office to see what was wrong they said that the people that sent it put the wrong address my package.

The bots see that tracking states DELIVERED so you will automatically lose an Item Not Received case.

Take the tracking down to the carrier and have them check their GPS coordinates to see exactly where the package was delivered.  If not to your address, the carrier should try and retrieve the package. Then you upload a copy of that letterhead into an appeal, to get your money back.
