Promoted listings

Hello when I pick my own percent to promote like 2% when I go back into the item it reverts to what ebay had suggested on all my items. Am I doing something wrong

We always acknowledge the sellers selection, and give a suggestion. The suggested ad rates won't be applied unless the seller enters that preference. If you feel it's not working properly for some reason or it's not saving your selection please contact CS, thanks!
