Problems Canceling eBay account

Im trying to cancel my account but it wont let me, due to a transaction done in the past 30 days but no transaction has been done is there anyway to fix it ?

Nothing to do but forget your ebay account exists once you submit the request, as if you use it during the waiting period, you'll have to start all over again.
