Problem

A buyer we will call GW bought an item from me.  When I printed the packing slip the item description shows correctly BUT the name and address show as a buyer we will call KF.   The label printed with the address for KF, NOT GW.  How could this have happened?

The buyer may have purchased it and entered a different shipping address for the item to be sent to someone else, like as a gift to a friend or relative.

As long as you ship to the address provided with the payment notification, all is good.
