Package Was Misdelivered to Wrong Address- What Should I Do?

Recently purchased something on eBay.  It got misdelivered to the wrong address.  Based on the tracking, it actually shows it was misdelivered as well since the package was delivered to the wrong zip code even.  It was delivered a few miles away from my address based on the tracking information.  So in the case where a package is misdelivered, and the tracking shows it was delivered but to the wrong zip code, what should I do as the buyer?
