Mark an item as unpaid

Hi there,

i sold an item and because I subsequently couldn't trace it I refunded the buyer through Paypal.  I have since found the item and the buyer wants to buy it again.  I want to send her an invoice but I have followed the instructions on the ebay help page about creating and revising invoices but I cant do anything they say because none of the buttons seem to exist that they are telling me to click on. 

i’m assuming its because ebay thinks the item is already paid for so I thought I would mark the item as unpaid, but cannot find how to do,that.  Maybe its not possible?  Many thanks.

Did you cancel the transaction, as you should have done?

Then you can relist and the buyer can purchase again.
