I printed a label earlier today. If it is still not working for you, you can try printing at Paypal, or use the USPS Click N Ship program. You can also:
Download and install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER, and specify it as the default for reading PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader. Now try opening and printing your shipping label.
