Is there a way to report an obscene profile picture?

Upon answering a potential buyer's questions - I did not see the profile picture on my laptop - but later, when checking my phone for something else, noticed the male full frontal nudity profile picture and almost got sick.  Is there a way to report this?  I cannot find a link anywhere...I gagged and then I laughed but I sure don't want someone else to have to see it.   Thanks. 🤢

So, funnily enough - the profile picture was taken down (full frontal nudity, male) and now its back up again - but now its from "behind" - NIIIIIIIIIIIIICE!
