This is the first time I've had an international return. Because I didn't want to pay for a return label, I told him to keep the item and I would approve the return, but he could just keep the item. He gave it to a local homeless shelter, as it was the wrong size. Ebay told me I don't have to do anything, they would take care of it. Well since he didn't send the item back, he hasn't received his money back. And it won't let manually refund him. I have the conversation screen shotted, but I can't get a person to help me. It's not a common issue, so AI can't help me.
