I won an item and it was canceled by the seller

I won an item and before I can pay the seller canceled my order on the same day. Reason out of stock or damaged. This is not true. It was a 5 day auction and I was the only bidder and the seller just didn't want to sell it at that price.

unfortunately, nobody can force a seller to sell something they don't want to sell

they will receive a defect on their account

after too many defects, their account can get restricted or suspended
