Yes, if you look through previous posts, you'll see other sellers are experiencing this. eBay does not create an error message to display for just one seller.

You can wait and try again later or tomorrow or you can try another online label service that integrates with eBay such as Pirate Ship, Stamps, etc.).

Others are encountering an error message, but at least some appear to still be able to print labels.
