Calling customer service representative.

I am new to ebay and am trying to buy an camera.  Tyhere is a 'limit" placed on my order and I can't complete my credit card purchase.  (I know I have the funds.)  The error message says to call the customer service people to increase my purchase amount limit.  I cant find a phone number anywhere to call someone who can help.  Any suggestions are welcome.   Thank you.
