Good afternoon l am writing to you EBAY COMMUNITY , seeking your Support and Justice, l made a purchase with the seller on March 6 /2024 for value of $408.00 dollars( buy with confidence you already bought with this seller) l did. Not Imagine that He would scam me and steal from me, l contacted the seller that the item did. Not work, He promised me refundir my Money, which was a lie.INTERESTING: NO REFUND, NO CUSTOMER PROTECTION ,l was left completely helpless, l am returned the item on Marc 26 / 2024 and He kept my Money and the Item untilgbar today April 20 / 2024 , l have been a MEMBER SINCE 2009 and l do not deserve this loss, by the SELLER. I look forward to your prompt response, very grateful, have a wonderful day , THANK YOU

Did you file a Return Request through Ebay, specifying that the item was "defective/not as described"?
If so, when the seller refused to issue a refund, did you go back to your Return Request and ask Ebay to step in to help you?
