How to cancel sale after refund

I sold an item, they returned it.  I refunded.  How do I cancel the order to get my seller fees refunded?

File a cancel transaction request in the resolution center. Depending on how you made the refund, that action may have already initiated a credit back to your eBay account, have you looked at the current eBay invoice in your eBay account to see if this has taken place?
