How to bid or buy

Hi, I am using a U.S. Addres to bid and purchase. My intent is that any items purchased will arrived before my due travel to us. The obstacle is that I am currently located in Malaysia and I cannot obtain the PIN number required for all transactions. Please help

The obstacle is because you are not in the US but your registration says that you are. So you can't get a PIN because you don't have a US phone number.

Your country of registration should be where you live and then the US address would be your shipping address.
