How do I remove the make an offer option from my listing?

I am using the quick form to list and it seems to automatically give the option to make an offer. How do I remove that option? I don't see it anywhere when I click on revise.

After you click on REVISE, you need to switch to the form with more choices.  Then you can remove the Best Offer option.
