How can I speak to customer service these days?

HI all,

I need to ask customer service a question. It just keeps looping me around and I cant seem to get  phone # or even a call back. My ebay bucks even though small didnt pay this quarter and it says all my recent purchases have earned nothing. Did the dump ebay bucks? Thank you in advance.

yes, ebay bucks was retired on 4/1

emails were sent out ahead of time letting us know

So you know for future -

eBay doesn't have a public phone # to call.
Any phone #s you may find on the internet/google are fraudulent & operated by scammers & criminals.

If you want to reach eBay, follow the instructions below all the way to the end to Chat with an agent, or have an agent call you back.
