Hit negative feedback button by mistake

hi, I left positive feed back but when I hit " submit" I noticed the button was on " negative".

how do I retract or fix that?

tried to find answers in problem solving, but I guess  EBay doesn't consider that a problem.

Hi.   You are correct that ebay does not consider that a big problem because they show you a warning just prior to you posting the feedback.

Your ONLY option is to email the seller and explain what happened and ask if they will open a case for feedback revision.   BUt sellers ONLY can do this 4 times per year and if they have used up their quote then they are out of luck.    If the seller can & does send you the revision request then you have an option there to make the change.    But if you screw up and put a negative feedback in a positive feedback that can never be changed as positives cannot be changed, only negs & neutral can be changed.
