Lets say I sell and item and ship it for free. The buyer decides he doesn't want it and returns it. 1) Do I have to refund the entire purchase price which includes the amount I build in for shipping? 2) Who pays for the return label? Thanks !
Yes you refund in full. You can't say shipping is "free" and "not free" at the same time.
If the buyer changed his mind, he pays return shipping. If the item is not as described, you do.
