Found a seller stole esty review photos - sent different item

I ordered a ring, received one that was just slightly similar to the listing. Contacted them, they were fine to just refund and not take the return.

I then found the same ring on etsy and in looking at reviews found that the ebay seller lifted photos from the etsy reviews (different reviewers). How do I report this to ebay? There no option for "report an @$$h01e".

Fortunately you were refunded.  However, if you want to report the seller:

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies and click Continue.
2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section, describe how you found the photos the seller used on another site.
