How do I see which listings  had defects? I didnt realize any did, as my feedback has always been 100% positive.

Feedback is not the only thing that generates defect.  You need to check your Seller Dashboard.  Expand the section "X% of  your transaction had defects."  At the bottom of that section you will see a link to run a detailed report that will show you which sales generated the defect.
