Ebucks Maybe I misread?

I got 1.11 for an item in ebucks on the 24th and they were gone within minutes of me logging in to use them(The side tab stils said 1.11, the "you earned" said 0.00; at the same time on the same page). It says I have 30 days to use them, this was about three weeks short of just that. Did I misread?

You don't get to use Bucks as they're earned. Ebay Bucks are issued quarterly. You should receive the third quarter certificate in the next couple of day if you accumulated more than $5 in Bucks during the quarter. Once you receive that certificate, you have 30 days to use the Bucks.
