Didn't receive your discount or credit

When I have a fraudulent buyer that didnt pay and eBay issues me a credit. How long until I can access that credit and get my money back?

eBay will credit your seller account.

You can leave that credit in your account to be applied against fees on future sales.

or

You can request a refund.
