i was sold 3 counterfeit Samsung SSDs by seller pc-memory. It took me longer than return window to realize this, but once I did, I contacted the seller and they agreed to refund me and provided the return address. I've shipped the SSDs to that address, and the package was received and signed for. But now the seller is refusing to pay the refund and replies with incoherent messages. I have not left feedback yet. What is my best course of actions? Thanks in advance.

Since you let the the return window expire, there is nothing further you can do through Ebay.
You can file a dispute through Paypal or contact your funding source, depending on how you processed your payment.
