I have a customer that wants to combine shipping which is fine. The problem is that the item she won is supposed to be sent out by today and the item she is bidding on ends tomorrow. If I wait an extra day or 2 will it affect my account?

She should wait to pay for any items until she is finished shopping. Your shipping time is measured from date of payment.
