I wish to cancel a sale. In this case, the winning bidder is not n the US, and the shipping information stated US shipping only. How should I go about cancelling the sale? I should add that the buyer has not yet paid for the item.

Hi, just go to your sold listings, find the item and click "more actions" and then "cancel transaction". Use the reason "problem with buyers address", and the transaction will be cancelled.
